A personal trainer is just what you need! A trainer will adjust the machines, help you progress through the exercises and encourage you along the program. Private training is for everyone, no matter what their physical training experience may be.                     

  • Individual sessions or a block of sessions (30 or 60 minute sessions)
  • Trainning room, 30 minutes tour or individual spinning courses
