A kinesiologist designs a personalized program and guides the client through the therapeutic exercises. The kinesiologist’s objectives are to :

• optimize the client’s autonomy,
• prepare for a safe and sustained return to work,
• prevent the risk of a relapse and
• promote a healthy lifestyle.
