Since it opened in 1997, Tonix Center has been known for the quality of its facilities, professional follow-up and evaluation software. All of the Tonix Physical Activity kinesiologists have, or are working towards obtaining, a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. They are committed to providing personal training programs that are adapted to the physical condition of each client. Membership includes the programs as well as changes to the programs.

Easily accessible thanks to their free indoor and outdoor parking; Tonix has a fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment, a pool, whirlpool baths, a dry sauna and a steam bath in each locker room.
